关于人工智能宫颈癌筛查技术(TS01)的临床研究 被引量：7

摘要 目的探究宫颈癌筛查系统(TS01)和细胞学检测在宫颈癌筛查中的灵敏度和特异度。方法收集来自上海仁济医院,北京朝阳医院,北京协和医院门诊病人中符合研究对象条件的TS01,细胞学,HPV和阴道镜病理检查结果,以病理检查为金标准,分别计算各检查项目的灵敏度,特异度,阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果TS01的敏感度(0.903)高于细胞学检查(细胞学)的敏感度(0.820),TS01的特异度(0.570)同样高于细胞学检查(0.365)。结论 TS01是一种新兴起的且结果可靠的宫颈癌前病变筛查方法,适合临床应用。
