摘要
全科医师规范化培训是我国医改和各大医院很重要的一项工作。针对培训中心电图教学出现的问题,我院组织制定了全科医师规范化培训的"心电图教学细则",简称"细则"。"细则"对心电图教学、培训和考核等内容较以前做了较大幅度的修订。"细则"首先要求教材为统编教材《诊断学》和《内科学》循环系统部分的心电图内容;特别要求独立掌握心电图描记、心电信息数据测定等基本技能;在专业方面,要求遵照《住院医师规范化培训内容与标准》,必须掌握常见异常心电图改变、常见急危重症心电图改变,并能独立完成报告书写。"细则"在我院实施三年,取得了较好的实际效果。
The standardized training for general practitioners is one of the important tasks in China s medical reform and all the hospitals.In view of the problems of electrocardiogram teaching in training,our hospital has established the“detailed rules of electrocardiogram teaching”briefly referred to as the“Detailed Rules”for the standardized training of general practitioners.The Detailed Rules have made large revision on the contents such as electrocardiogram teaching,training and assessment.Above all,the Detailed Rules require the training contents to stem from the state-compiled textbooks of Diagnostics and Internal Medicine(Circulation System).The Detailed Rules especially call for an independent grasp of electrocardiography,data measurement of ECG information and other basic skills.In the professional requirements,in accordance with the“Contents and Standards of Standardized Training for Residents”,Detailed Rules require general practitioners to master common abnormal ECG changes,and common ECG changes in acute and critical diseases,and to be capable of writing ECG reports independently.Detailed Rules have achieved good practical effect since its implementation three years ago in our hospital.
