摘要
为改善高速公路和城市快速路养护维修作业安全状况,上海市发布了《上海市高速公路和快速路养护维修安全作业实施规定(试行)》,通过设置防撞缓冲车,延长作业控制区长度,合理增设安全设施等创新要求强化施工安全管理。实施一年多以来,取得了安全事故下降,安全设施添置,企业管理制度完善等初步效果,保障了本市道路养护作业人员、设备和车辆运行的安全。
In order to improve the safety of highway and urban expressway maintenance operations.Shanghai issued the "Safety Management Implementation Regulations of Highways and Urban Expressways Maintenance(Trial)".it strengthened construction safety management by setting up anti-collision buffer trucks.extending the length of the operation control area, adding reasonable safety facilities and other innovative requirements.The regulations have been implemented for more than a year, and have achieved preliminary results in the reduction of safety accidents.the addition of safety facilities and the improvement of enterprise management system, which have guaranteed the safety of road maintenance workers,equipment and vehicles.
