摘要
目的探讨克霉唑联合左旋咪唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法选择鄂州市妇幼保健院妇女保健科2014年7月～2015年12月就诊的160例外阴阴道假丝酵母菌患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同,分为观察组和对照组,各80例。对照组给予克霉唑阴道用药,观察组在对照组基础上加用口服左旋咪唑,比较两组的临床疗效和复发率。结果观察组的临床治愈率为97.5%,明显高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组的复发率为5.13%,明显低于对照组的15.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论克霉唑联合左旋咪唑治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病可以提高疗效,降低复发率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Clotrimazole combined with Levamisole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis who were admitted to the Women's Health Department of Ezhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods.The control group was given vaginal medication of Clotrimazole,and the observation group was additionally given Levamisole orally on the basis of the control group,and the clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical cure rate of the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than the 82.5%of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 5.13%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(15.15%),with significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Clotrimazole combined with Levamisole in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis can improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
