术中实时超声在引导变形侧脑室穿刺术中的应用价值(附19例报告) 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析超声在实时引导变形移位侧脑室穿刺术中的应用价值。方法对19例重型颅脑损伤合并脑疝患者,术中利用超声实时引导进行侧脑室穿刺术。对这些患者的引流管到位以及相关并发症的发生情况作回顾性分析评估。结果 19例(100%)患者均成功置入侧脑室引流管,其中16例(84.2%)首次穿刺即成功置管,3例(15.8%)需再次穿刺;术后1例(5.3%)出现颅内感染并发症,无穿刺相关血肿。结论术中超声实时引导变形移位侧脑室穿刺,不仅安全有效,而且操作简便,值得推广应用。 Objective To analyze the value of ultrasonography in real-time guiding the puncture of deformed lateral ventricular during craniectomy. Methods In total,19 patients with severe craniocerebral injury and cerebral hernia,in which lateral ventricular puncture was performed with the guidance of ultrasonography, were collected and retrospectively analyzed the drainage tube placement and related complications postoperatively. Results In 19 cases (100%) patients drainage canal were successfully placed into the lateral ventricle, and the first successful puncture was made in 16 cases (84. 2%), while once more puncture in the other 3 cases. Related intracerebral infection was appeared in 1 cases (5.3%), without cerebral hemorrhage after puncture happened to anyone. Conclusion Real-time ultrasonography can well guide the puncture of deformed lateral ventricular during craniectomy, which is not only safe and effective,but also easy to operate.
