Progress of Mannich reaction in modifying polymer materials

摘要 从Mannich反应的发展历史出发,阐述了Mannich反应的定义,着重介绍了Mannich反应改性乙烯基类聚合物的反应机理及其在制革、造纸、水处理、油田等领域中的应用,系统综述了Mannich反应改性木质素在吸附金属离子和复合材料中的应用,分析了Mannich反应改性蛋白质和Mannich反应改性其他高分子材料的应用进展。最后阐述了Mannich反应改性高分子材料研究的不足,针对性的提出应结合现代分析测试手段进一步深入对高分子材料的Mannich反应机理的研究,建立结构与应用性能之间的关系,加强理论研究指导性能优异材料的制备,与此同时开发Mannich反应在其他高分子材料的功能化改性方面的应用,拓展其应用领域等建议。 Starting from the history of the development of Mannich reaction,the definition of Mannich reaction is expounded.The reaction mechanism of Mannich reaction modified vinyl polymer and its application in leather making,paper making,water treatment and oil fields are mainly introduced.The Mannich reaction modified lignin is systematically summarized in the adsorption of metal ions and composite materials.The application progress of Mannich reaction modified protein and Mannich reaction modified other polymer materials was analyzed.In the end,the shortcomings of the Mannich reaction modified polymers are discussed.It is suggested that the mechanism of Mannich reaction in polymer materials should be further studied in combination with modern analytical testing methods,and the relationship between structure and application performance should be established.As a result,the material with excellent performance in the theoretical research and guidance is strengthened.Meanwhile,Mannich reaction is applied to the functional modification of other polymer materials,and its application is expanded.
