摘要
目的:观察痰热清注射液在发热伴咳嗽咳痰患者中的疗效。方法:选取在本院治疗的发热伴咳嗽咳痰患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予抗感染治疗和其他对症治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用痰热清注射液。比较两组患者退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间;采用血常规检测患者治疗前后白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率,采用免疫比浊法测定患者治疗前后C-反应蛋白含量,比较两组患者白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率、C-反应蛋白含量的日均降量;比较两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比率日均降量无明显差异(P>0.05),但治疗组C-反应蛋白含量的日均降量高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、咳痰消失时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用痰热清注射液治疗发热伴咳嗽咳痰患者,能有效降低患者体内炎症因子水平,改善患者发热、咳嗽咳痰的症状,具有很好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Tanreqing injection on patients with fever combined with cough and expectoration. Methods: 60 patients with fever combined cough and expectoration who were treated in the hospital were enrolled. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given anti-infective treatment and other symptomatic treatment. The treatment group was added with Tanreqing injection on the basis of the control group. The antipyretic time, disappearance time of cough and expectoration were compared between the two groups. The numbers of white blood cells and the proportion of neutrophils before and after treatment were measured by blood routine. C-reactive protein contents before and after treatment were measured by immunoturbidimetry. The mean daily decrease of leukocyte count, neutrophil ratio, C-reactive protein content and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment period were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, there was no significant difference in the mean daily decrease in white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio between the two groups (P>0.05), but the daily average decrease in C-reactive protein content in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The antipyretic time, disappearance time of cough and expectoration in treatment group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The application of Tanreqing injection for patients with fever combined cough and expectoration can effectively reduce inflammatory factors levels of patients, improve fever, cough and expectoration, with good curative effect.
