摘要
介绍了焦化行业广泛采用的HPF法脱硫废渣的产生与综合利用方法,利用该技术不仅从脱硫废渣得到了高纯度的硫磺,附加值较高的硫代硫酸盐和硫氰酸盐,而且实现了资源的完全利用。提取硫磺与副盐后的残渣掺入入炉煤,对焦炭强度和其他理化性质的影响几乎可以忽略不计。该技术具有良好的社会效益和经济效益。
The production and comprehensive utilization method of desulfurization waste residue from HPF desulphurizing process that widely used in coking industry are introduced. Not only are the high purity sulfur and high additional value thiosulfate and thiocyanate obtained from the desulfurization waste residue but also the residue are fully utilzed by this technology. After extracting sulfur and secondary salt, the residue was mixed into the furnace coal, and the influence on coke strength and other physical and chemical properties was almost negligible. The technology has good social and economic benefits.
