摘要
针对新疆果园(红枣、苹果)矮化密植模式下,机具作业空间小、与此种植模式配套机型较少等问题,设计了一种矮化密植果园挖穴施肥除草多功能机,可完成挖穴、施肥、除草作业。挖穴装置适应性强,能够在树根、杂草缠绕的情况下挖穴,以便后续施肥作业;旋转除草刀效率高、除草干净、不缠草且不堵塞。田间试验该机具挖穴深度最高400 mm左右、施肥穴孔的直径约300 mm、除草作业幅宽600 mm、生产率约为4 hm^2/h;矮化密植果园挖穴施肥除草多功能机锄草效率高、挖穴壁径齐整、作业可靠,满足新疆矮化密植果园挖穴施肥、除草作业的生产需求。
In view of the Xinjiang orchard,red jujube,apple dwarf dense planting mode,the machine operating space is little,the problems with less this planting pattern matching model,this paper designs a dwarf density orchard clefts fertilization weeding multi-function machine.Clefts plant adaptability is strong,can in the case of roots,weeds winding clefts,so that subsequent fertilization homework;Rotate the weeding knife with high efficiency,weeding clean,don't tie up the grass and not blocked.Field experiments about the machine to dig the hole depth of up to 400mm,fertilizing soil hole diameter of about 300mm,weeding work width 600 mm,productivity is about 4 hm2/h;Dwarf density orchard clefts fertilization hoe weeding multifunctional machine with high efficiency,reliable operation,dig a hole wall diameter neat,satisfy the Xinjiang dwarf density orchard clefts of fertilizing,weeding work production requirements.
