摘要 本文就我国融合教育的发展现状进行回顾和总结,对未来发展趋势进行了展望。认为我国融合教育正从规模效应走向质量提升,形成了以特殊教育学校为支撑、多元融合发展的特殊教育安置体系,并面临残疾儿童义务教育阶段入学率低、支持保障体系不完善等巨大挑战。未来融合教育的发展将完善融合教育的法律法规建设;逐步实现"零拒绝、全覆盖"的目标;建立健全转衔机制,改革特殊学校功能;强化支持体系建设,健全教师培养机制等。 This paper has made a review as well as expectati ons of in elusive education. In elusive educati on in China has developed from scale effect to a quality oriented education. It has formed a specific placement system which takes special schools as supporting centers and other placeme nts as alter natives. However, the inclusive educati on still faces a great challe nge. In the coming decades, our country will strengthen the legal construction, enroll all children with special educational needs into public schools, focus more on the transition, cha nge the special education schools, function, establish and rein force the supporting system, and cultivate qualified professi on al teachers. In this way, in elusive education will be realized to fit the localized conditions of China.
