摘要
本文针对当前啤酒恒压灌装随动装备的技术难点,从硬件到软件进行了详细的技术研制。首先对硬件选型进行讨论,设计了位置跟踪抓取控制装置、实时监控面板、主动运动装置、被动跟踪装置、压力反馈装置、运动传动装置及上下料机器人等,然后设计基于PID的运动控制程序和MCGS监控程序,完成了恒压随动装备的关键技术验证。
For the technical difficulties of the current follow-up equipment of the beer constant pressure filling,the detailed technical development is carried out from hardware to software.First of all,the hardware selection is discussed.The fetching control device of position tracking,real-time monitoring and control panel,active movement device,the passive tracking devices,pressure feedback device,motion transmission device and loading and unloading robot are designed.Then the motion control program based on PID and the MCGS monitoring program are designed.The verification of key technology of constant pressure follow-up equipment is completed.
