摘要
为了探讨漂浮育苗藜麦的生长发育及生理特性,以四个藜麦品种为供试材料,对比漂浮育苗各阶段藜麦植株的农艺性状、根系活力、光合色素含量、光合速率等指标。结果表明:成苗时黄藜麦植株高、根系发达、茎秆粗壮、叶片多、光合作用强,其次黑藜麦和红藜麦长势也较好,各项指标中最差为白藜麦。漂浮育苗技术适用于藜麦育苗,能培育整齐、少病虫害且不受气候限制的壮苗,有利于提高藜麦的种植经济效益,有利于秋季进行藜麦幼苗与烤烟、马铃薯等作物的套作与轮作,改善烤烟的连作障碍及推进烟农的增收,为实现烤烟年内轮作提供科学依据,对烤烟的优质稳产具有重要意义。
In order to study the growth, development and physiological characteristics of floating seedling quinoa, four quinoa cultivars were used as test materials to compare the agronomic traits, root activity, photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic rate of quinoa plants in various stages of floating seedling. The results showed that: In seedling stage, the yellow quinoa had high plant height, strong root system, thick stalks, many leaves, and strong photosynthesis, followed by black quinoa and red quinoa, their growth was also better. The worst indicators were seen in the white quinoa. The floating seedling technology was applied to quinoa seedling, which could cultivate healthy seedlings with neat, fewer diseases and pests and without climatic restrictions. This would be beneficial for improving the economic benefits of quinoa cultivation and would be conducive for the intercropping and rotation of seedlings of quinoa, flue-cured tobacco and potatoes in autumn, the improvement of continuous cropping barrier of flue-cured tobacco, and the promotion of income increase of tobacco farmers. It would provide scientific basis for the realization of flue-cured tobacco rotation in the year, and would have great significance to the quality and stability of flue-cured tobacco.
