摘要 目的分析讨论在超声教学中PBL教学和超声医学数据库联合应用的具体价值和实际效果。方法选取本院2016年1月—2017年12月超声科室学习学生76名,根据入院先后将其均分为两组,每组38名,1组为对照组,使用传统教学方法 ;2组为观察组,使用PBL教学联合超声医学数据库方法教学。比较两组学生考试成绩和教学满意度。结果观察组学生在基础理论知识、超声专业知识、报告书写和实践操作上分数明显高于对照组,P <0.05。观察组和对照组教学满意度依次为94.74%和73.68%,观察组明显高于对照组,P <0.05。结论在超声教学中PBL教学和超声医学数据库联合应用可显著提升学生各方面成绩,学生反映普遍较好,能够促进超声基础知识和实践工作的结合,较好完成教学目标。 Objective To analyze the application value of PBL(problembased learning)teaching mode plus ultrasonic medical database in the ultrasonic teaching.Methods 76 intern students worked from January 2016 to December 2017 in department of ultrasound were selected.Students were assigned to control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)according to the admission number.The control group was given the conventional teaching mode;The observation group was given the PBL teaching mode plus ultrasonic medical database.The examination performances and teaching satisfaction were probed.Results The examination scores of theoretical knowledge,professional knowledge,medical report writing and actual skills in the observation group were significantly higher than control group,P<0.05;the teaching satisfaction in the observation group(94.74%)was significantly higher than control group(73.68%),P<0.05.Conclusion The PBL teaching mode plus ultrasonic medical database can remarkably increase the student’s examination performances and teaching assessments,promote the combination of basic ultrasonic knowledge with clinical practice and achieve the teaching goals.
