摘要
针对花园煤矿开采过程中通风阻力较大、部分位置风量不足的情况,对该矿通风系统进行优化研究,通过阻力测试确定矿井通风阻力为2 770.4 Pa,超过煤矿井工开采通风技术条件的相关规定,针对该矿现状提出了3种不同的优化方案,并利用通风系统绘图、计算与分析软件对不同方案不同时期的矿井风量、风压进行模拟计算,依据模拟计算结果对各方案进行技术、经济分析,最终选定方案一作为最终优化方案。
Aiming at the situation of large ventilation resistance and insufficient air volume in some sites during the mining process of Huayuan coal mine,the optimization of the ventilation system in Huayuan coal mine was studied.The ventilation resistance of Huayuan Coal Mine was measured to be 2 770.4 Pa by resistance test,which exceeded the relevant regulations of the ventilation technical conditions in the mining of coal miners.Three different optimization schemes were put forward according to the current situation of Huayuan coal mine,and the ventilation system Drawing,calculating and analyzing software simulates and calculates the mine air volume and pressure of different schemes in different periods,then carries out technical and economic analysis of the three schemes based on the simulation results,and finally chooses the first scheme as the final optimization scheme.
