摘要
目的研究心理护理结合面部护理在提高中重度寻常型痤疮患者治疗效果及降低不良反应中的作用。方法选取2016年4月～2018年4月到我院就诊的100例中重度寻常型痤疮患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例)。对照组给予常规面部护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予心理护理,连续治疗两个月,观察两组患者临床疗效、SAS和SDS评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者疗效存在差异(Z=-2.252,P=0.024),其中研究组治疗有效率98.00%显著高于对照组的84.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);护理后研究组SAS和SDS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组不良反应发生率4.00%显著低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论心理护理结合面部护理治疗中重度寻常型痤疮能提高临床疗效,缓解患者焦虑抑郁的情绪,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing combined with facial care on improving the curative effect and reducing the adverse reactions of patients with moderate and severe acne vulgaris. Methods One hundred patients with moderate and severe acne vulgaris who were treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected.According to the random number tale method,they were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine facial care while the study group was given psychological nursing on basis of the control group.After continuous treatment for two months,the clinical curative effect,SAS score,SDS score and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results There were difference in curative effects of patients between the two groups(Z=-2.252,P=0.024).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The SAS and SDS scores after nursing of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.00%,significantly lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with facial care in treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris can improve clinical curative effects,relieving the anxiety and depression of patients and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
