低温等离子体复合絮凝剂处理豆腐黄浆水 被引量:1

Study on Non-Thermal Plasma Composite Flocculant for Treating Tofu Yellow Pulp Water

摘要 豆腐黄浆水成分复杂、原水COD值高,生产企业数量多规模小,其废水量小面广,因此需要研制一种小型化高效净化处理工艺。开展了低温等离子体协同絮凝剂净化豆腐黄浆水的研究。采用单一方法对黄浆水COD去除率影响顺序为:调节pH值>絮凝吸附>低温等离子体;复合净化法中低温等离子体+絮凝吸附优于低温等离子体+调节pH值。研究表明复合净化方法优于任何一种单独净化方法,因此,对豆腐黄浆水的净化不能采用单一方法,必须采用复合法才能有效净化。本实验在放电电压13.5kV,放电极间距8mm、通入空气流量0.6L/min,放电8h条件下,PAM+PAC协同低温等离子体处理豆腐黄浆水,COD最大去除率为79.74%。研究可为豆腐黄浆水的净化处理提供一种方法和理论依据。 The composition of the tofu wastewater is complex and the COD value of the original water sample is high, the number of production enterprises is large and the scale is small, the amount of wastewater is small while the area is wide. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a miniaturized high-efficiency purification treatment process. In this paper, the non-thermal plasma co-flocculant was used to purify the tofu yellow pulp wastewater. The influence of COD removal rate of yellow pulp water by a single method from hign to low is: adjusting pH value> flocculation adsorption> non-thermal plasma;The non-thermal plasma + flocculation adsorption in the composite purification method is better than the non-thermal plasma + pH adjustment. Studies have shown that the composite purification method is superior to any single purification method. Therefore, the purification of the tofu yellow pulp water cannot be carried out by a single method, and the composite method must be used to effectively purify. In this experiment, the discharge voltage was 13.5kV, the electrode spacing was 8mm, the air flow rate was 0.6L/min, and the discharge was 8h. PAM+PAC cooperated with non-thermal plasma to treat the bean curd yellow pulp water. The maximum COD removal rate was 79.74%.This study can provide a method and theoretical basis for the purification treatment of tofu yellow pulp water.
