严教:中国传统家训中的教育基本观念

摘要 家训是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,蕴含了丰富的教育思想。严教是传统家训教育观念的基本主张。传统家训不仅对受教者提出严格要求,同时也要求施教者为严君严师。传统家训以"变化气质"说为人性论基础,主张根据受教者的年龄、禀性等特点施以程度不一的严教,层次性严教成为中国传统家训的理性选择。在具体的教育实践中,传统家训严教观念虽然具有强烈的惩戒取向,但严教思想中的惩戒并不以打骂为尚,打骂并不是严教的主要方法。 Family instruction is an important part of traditional Chinese culture, containing abundant education ideas, and strict education is the basic proposition of education in traditional family instruction. Traditional family instruction not only demands strict education for those who receive it, but also requires teachers to be strict teachers. The traditional family instruction takes the theory of "changing temperament" as the basis of the theory of human nature, and advocates the strict education of different degrees in accordance with the age and temperament of the educated. Hierarchical strict education becomes the rational choice of Chinese traditional teaching. In the specific practice of education, the traditional family instruction has a strong disciplinary orientation, but punishment may not always come out for beating and scolding, which are not the main methods of education.
