摘要
针对测斜仪价格昂贵、需要供电的问题,介绍了一种光栅应变片的设计方法。通过计算得到应变片的设计参数,研究开发了基于光栅应变片的深部位移传感探头,完成了实验。直埋实验和模拟实验表明:该器件满足实时监控要求,最大量程为±8°,对应中心波长变化量为0~30pm,可实现高边坡岩土体内部变化情况长期在线监测和安全预警。
Aiming at the problem of high price and power supply of inclinometer, a design method of grating strain gauge is introduced. The design parameters of strain gauge are obtained by calculating. A deep displacement sensor based on grating strain gauge is developed and the experiment is completed. Direct burial and simulation experiment show that the device meets the real-time monitoring requirements, the maximum range is ±8°and the corresponding central wavelength change is 0~30pm, which can realize long-term online monitoring and safety early warning of the internal changes of high slope rock and soil.
