Formulation and Technology of Polyurethane Protective Layer for Sensors under High-speed Water Impulse

摘要 使用浇注型聚氨酯弹性体作为高速入水冲击下传感器的防护层材料,研究了多元醇和扩链剂的种类及NCO含量对聚氨酯弹性体加工工艺性、力学性能和耐水性的影响。PTMG型聚氨酯的加工工艺性好,耐水性最佳。随着预聚体NCO含量的提高,聚氨酯弹性体的硬度和拉伸强度提高。当NCO%为5时,耐水性最佳。文中采用的邵A92度聚氨酯弹性体力学性能和耐水性良好,用其制备传感器防护层,可满足使用要求。 The casted polyurethane is used for the protection of the sensor under high speed water impact. The type of polyol, chain extender and mass percentage of NCO on the properties of processing, mechanic and water resistance is studied. The polytetramethylene ether glycol polyurethane have better processing properties and water resistance. The mechanic property of polyurethane raises with the mass percentage of NCO increasing. When the NCO content in the polyurethane elastomer is 5%, the water resistance is optimal. The polyurethane elastomer with 92HA hardness, which had the best water resistance, is used to prepare sensor protecting, met the requirement of use.
