摘要
目的:观察早期抚触护理在新生儿生理性黄疸中的效果。方法:选定我院收治的新生儿82例,研究时段自2016-07～2018-07,分组原则以新生儿入院顺序奇偶性为主,分对照组(41例,进行常规护理)、试验组(41例,在对照组基础上开展早期抚摸护理),比较护理效果、排泄次数和胆红素水平。结果:试验组临床总有效率92.68%显著较对照组75.61%高(P<0.05)具统计学差异;试验组新生儿出生1d排泄次数与对照组相比不存在差异(P>0.05)不具统计学差异,两组出生2、3d排泄次数增多,且试验组多于对照组(P<0.05)具统计学差异;试验组新生儿出生5、6d经皮胆红素、血清总胆红素均较对照组低(P<0.05)具统计学差异。结论:在新生儿生理性黄疸护理中,早期抚摸护理可改善新生儿早期排便情况,降低其胆红素水平,减轻新生儿黄疸程度,值得借鉴。
Objective:To observe the effect of early nursing care in neonatal physiological jaundice.Methods:A total of 82 neonates who were delivered in obstetrics and gynaecology in our hospital were selected.From July 2016 to July 2018,the grouping principle was based on the parity of the admission order of the newborn,and the control group(41 cases with routine care),test group(41 cases,early care on the basis of the control group).The effect of care,frequency of excretion and bilirubin levels were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate 92.68% of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.61%(P<0.05)(statistical difference).The number of excretions in the test group was 1 d compared with the control group,but(P>0.05)(not statistically significant),the number of excretions in the two groups was increased at 2 and 3 days,and the test group was more than the control group(P<0.05)(statistical difference);Percutaneous bilirubin and serum total bilirubin were lower in the experimental group than in the control group at 5 and 6 days after birth(P<0.05)(statistical difference).Conclusion:In the nursing of neonatal physiological jaundice,early care can improve the early defecation of neonates,reducing the level of bilirubin and the degree of neonatal jaundice,which is worthy of learning.
