摘要
目的了解无细胞百白破疫苗中白喉基础免疫效果以及预防接种工作质量。方法每个监测点随机抽取1~7名在北京市免疫预防门诊按程序完成3剂DTaP基础免疫后1~2个月(6~7月龄)健康儿童,采集末梢或静脉血2 mL,采用ELISA法检测百日咳PT抗体。结果经基础免疫后白喉IgG抗体平均滴度(GMT)为1.06 IU/mL,抗体阳性率100%。结论经基础免疫白喉疫苗可以形成可靠的免疫屏障。
Objective To understand the immunological effect of diphtheria vaccine and inoculation quality of adsorbed diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus vaccine(DTaP). Methods 1-7 healthy children(6 to 7 months) were randomly selected from children that had achieved fundamental immunity of DTaP in each monitoring site among immune prevention outpatient in Beijing 1-2 months after third oculation. 2 mL peripheral or venous blood was collected for detecting Diphtheria antibody by ELISA method. Results The average titer of IgG antibody(GMT) was 1.06 IU/mL, and the positive rate of antibody was 100%. Conclusion The fundamental immunity of Diphtheria vaccine can form a reliable immune barrier among children.
