摘要
目的设计服务评价企业调研指标体系,并对主流国产和进口放疗加速器设备企业服务进行对比分析。方法综合层次分析法、德尔菲专家咨询法等方法构建形成了企业管理服务层面、产品服务层面、客户服务层面三个层面指标体系。应用该服务评价企业调研指标体系对5家放疗加速器设备生产厂家进行了现场调研和数据采集,并对数据进行了对比评价分析。结果结果表明国产放疗加速器设备市场占比仍然较小,但不断增长;国产品牌产品在服务方面与进口品牌产品有所差距,但有国产品牌在部分指标上与进口品牌表现相当。结论研究结果对国产立体定向放疗设备针对性改进服务质量,缩小与进口产品之间的差距,提高品牌认可度和市场占有率具有重要意义。
Objective To design a service evaluation index system to compare and analyze the service of mainstream domestic and imported radiotherapy accelerator equipment enterprises. Methods By means of analytic hierarchy process and Delphi expert consultation method, this paper established the three-layer index system of enterprise service evaluation, which include management service layer, product service layer and customer service layer. Five radiotherapy accelerator equipment manufacturers were investigated and data collected by using the service evaluation index system, and the data were compared and analyzed.Results The results showed that the market share of domestic radiotherapy accelerator equipment was still small, but it was growing.There was a gap between domestic brand products and imported brand products in some service indicators, but some domestic brands were comparable to imported brands. Conclusion The results are of great significance to improve the service quality of domestic radiotherapy accelerator equipment, narrow the gap between domestic radiotherapy accelerator equipment and imported products, and improve the brand recognition and market share.
