摘要
通过氧化、PDDA-PSS-PDDA改性、包覆石墨烯、复合对苯二胺、800℃碳化,从而制得硅/石墨烯/碳复合材料,并对其形貌及性能进行了研究。结果表明,石墨烯含量为200mL时,制备的复合材料作为锂离子电池负极材料表现出良好的电化学性能,首次可逆充电比容量为957.2mAh/g,循环100次后,比容量可稳定在761.0mAh/g。
Silicon/graphene/carbon composites were prepared by oxidation,PDDA-PSS-PDDA modification,graphene cladding,ursol compounding and carbonization at 800℃.The structure and performance of composites were studied.The results showed that when the graphene content was 200 mL,the composites had good electrochemical performance as cathode material for lithium ion batteries.The first discharge capacity of composite was 957.2 mAh/g,and after 100 cycles it remained the capacity of 761.0 mAh/g.
