摘要
目的:探究乳腺癌术后复发转移伴并发症患者的护理方法及效果。方法:选取本院乳腺癌术后复发转移伴并发症治疗的112例患者,对其进行化疗护理及并发症护理,分析护理效果。结果:护理后,患者QLSBC评分与护理前差异显著(P<0.05),且伴高血压或糖尿病患者护理后,患者收缩压及舒张压或血糖水平均显著改善,与护理前存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:对乳腺癌术后复发转移伴并发症患者实施有效护理干预,能够显著提高患者生活质量,并有效改善其高血压或糖尿病等并发症症状。
Objective:To explore the nursing methods and effects of patients with postoperative recurrence, metastasis and complications of breast cancer. Methods: A total of 112 patients with recurrence, metastasis and complications were treated with breast cancer surgery. the patients were treated with chemotherapy and complications, and the nursing effect was analyzed. Results: After nursing, the QLSBC scores of the patients were significantly different from those before the nursing ( P < 0.05), and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure or blood glucose levels were significantly improved after nursing with hypertension or diabetes, which was significantly different from that before nursing ( P < 0.05). Conclusion: Effective nursing intervention for patients with postoperative recurrence, metastasis and complications of breast cancer can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer and effectively improve their symptoms such as hypertension or diabetes.
