摘要
目的:观察铍针加身痛逐瘀汤治疗血瘀痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:本研究将100例血瘀痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组,治疗中脱落3例。治疗组48例以铍针加身痛逐瘀汤,对照组49例以针灸加身痛逐瘀汤,治疗1个月,比较观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、功能、JOA疗效评分、VAS疗效评分。结果:①治疗组:治疗前JOA评分为(9.2±3.5)分,治疗1月后JOA评分为(25.3±2.3)分;对照组:治疗前JOA评分为(9.3±3.2),治疗1月后JOA评分为(21.2±1.8)分。②治疗组:治疗前VAS评分为(6.72±0.96)分,治疗1月后VAS评分为(2.37±0.43)分;对照组:治疗前VAS评分为(6.83±0.98),治疗1月后VAS评分为(3.15±0.38)分。③临床疗效:治疗组:治愈率为18.8%,总有效率为91.7%;对照组:治愈率为8.2%,总有效率为83.7%。④各项比较后,治疗组疗效均优于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铍针加身痛逐瘀汤治疗血瘀痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症临床有效,且较针灸加身痛逐瘀汤缓解腰部、臀部疼痛、改善功能、腰部活动度更为有效,患者也易于接受。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of beryllium needle combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction (身痛逐瘀汤) in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of Xueyu Bizu type. Methods: In this research, 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation of Xueyu Bizu type were randomly divided into 2 groups. Three cases were lost during treatment. 48 patients in the treatment group were treated with beryllium needle combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction (身痛逐瘀汤), while 49 patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction (身痛逐瘀汤). The treatment took one month, and the follow-up took one month. the clinical efficacy, JOa evaluation score, VaS evaluation score of the two groups of patients before and after the treatment were compared and observed. Results: 1. In the treatment group, the JOA score was (9.2±3.5) before treatment and became (25.3±2.3) after the treatment for one month;in the control group, the JOA score was (9.3±3.2) before treatment and became (21.2± 1.8) after the treatment for one month. 2. In the treatment group, the VAS score before treatment was (6.72±0.96) and became (2.37±0.43) after the treatment for one month;in the control group, the VAS score before treatment was (6.83±0.98) and became (3.15±0.38) after the treatment for one month. 3. clinical efficacy of tcM: the cure rate was 18.8% in the therapy group and was 8.2% in the control group. the total effective rate was 91.7% in the therapy group and was 83.7% in the control group. 4. after the above comparison, the total clinical efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: It is very effective to treat lumbar disc herniation of Xueyu Bizu type (血瘀痹阻型) with the therapy of beryllium needle combined with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction (身痛逐瘀汤), which can better relieve the hip pain and improve the hip function. It can relieve the hip and waist pain, improve the function and joint mobility, and it is easy for patients to accept.
