摘要
随着新一代信息技术的快速发展,数字经济已经成为各国争夺的战略高点,也是新时代引领中国经济增长的新动力,但现阶段关于数字经济的理论分析仍然较为欠缺。因此,本文从理论上对数字经济的基本内涵,包括基本定义、发展历程、传导机制和发展规律等进行分析,从全球和国内两个维度对数字经济的发展现状进行概括总结,并在此基础上对数字经济面临的挑战和机遇进行展望与分析,从而为数字经济在国内的探索与实践提供理论支撑。
With the rapid development of new generation of information technology(NGIT),digital economy has become a strategic high point that countries around the world compete for,and a new driving force to lead China’s economic growth in the new era.However,the theoretical analysis of the digital economy is still relatively lacking at present.This paper first analyzes the basic definition,development course,transmission mechanism and law of development of digital economy,then summarizes the development status of digital economy from both global and domestic dimensions,and lastly,predicts and analyzes the challenges and opportunities facing digital economy.This research will provide a theoretical framework for the exploration and practice of China’s digital economy.
