摘要 基于现阶段国内对自动挂切纱系统研究较少的现状,设计一种将主轴同步型挂切纱和小车配合型挂切纱的优点结合起来的主轴小车配合型挂切纱。完成纤维缠绕自动挂切纱装置各零部件的设计,即运用SolidWorks软件对挂切纱装置中各执行机构零部件进行建模,同时完成自动挂切纱系统驱动元件电机和气缸的选型。最后运用ANSYS软件对部分关键零部件进行仿真分析,表明各执行机构中的零部件设计是合理的。 Based on the current research situation of the automatic fiber-hanging system in China,a new automatic fiber-hanging system was designed by taking advantages of spindle synchronous fiber-hanging system and car mounted fiber-hanging system.The design of each part of the automatic fiber-hanging system was completed,that was to use SolidWorks software to model the parts of the fiber-hanging system.The selection of motor and cylinder for the automatic fiber-hanging system was completed.ANSYS software was used to simulate and analyze some key parts and components,to evaluate the rationality of the parts design in each executive organization.
