摘要
目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床价值。方法选取2015年5月—2018年1月于我院就诊的106例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为对照组50例和观察组56例,对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗,治疗结束后比较2组疾病情况、药物用量、临床疗效、心电图检查结和不良反应。结果治疗后2组硝酸甘油用量、心绞痛发作次数和持续时间均较治疗前减少,且观察组减少程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率和心电图总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未出现不良反应。结论单硝酸异山梨酯联合丹参多酚酸盐治疗可进一步改善冠心病心绞痛患者临床症状和提高其临床有效率,且具有一定的安全性,值得作为临床上治疗冠心病心绞痛的适用方案之一。
Objective To investigate clinical value of Isosorbide Mononitrate combined with Polyphenol Acid Salt of Salvia Miltiorrhiza in treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris. Methods A total of coronary heart disease 106 patients with angina pectoris during May 2015 and January 2018 were divided into control group ( n = 50) and observation group ( n =56) according to therapeutic methods. Control group was treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate, while observation group was treated with Isosorbide Mononitrate combined with Polyphenol Acid Salt of Salvia Miltiorrhiza. After treatment, disease condition, drug dosage, clinical efficacy, results of electrocardiogram examination and incidence rate of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, values of Nitroglycerin dosage, number and duration of angina pectoris attacks were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment in two groups, while decreased degrees in observation group were significantly better than those in control group ( P <0.05). The total effective rates of clinical treatment and electrocardiogram in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P <0.05). There were no adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion Isosorbide Mononitrate combined with Polyphenol Acid Salt of Salvia Miltiorrhiza may further improve clinical symptoms and efficiency with a certain safety, and it can be used as one of applicable method in treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris.
