摘要
"阴火"致病理论是李东垣提出并运用于临床阐释病机、诊治疾病、遣方用药的重要理论学说。其产生机制与五脏失调密切相关。李氏重视脾胃与元气,依据五行子母关系独创"升阳散火"治法以及特色组方用药对消渴病治疗的影响一直持续至今,对于糖尿病及其并发症的防治意义深远。本文就阴火理论对李东垣对消渴病的治疗思路进行剖析,并通过对消渴病机的梳理,探讨脾胃与气、火及他脏之间的密切关系,以期能够为临床治疗提供一种新的思路和治疗手段。
"Yin fire" is an important theory put forward by Li Dongyuan and used in clinical interpretation of pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and pharmacy. Its mechanism is closely related to abnormal function of five zangs. Li Dongyuan attached great importance to spleen and stomach and primordial qi. According to the mother-child relationship among five elements, Li Dongyuan created yang-elevating fire-divergent treatment and special prescriptions on the treatment of diabetes. Its influence has continued to this day, and it has far-reaching significance for the prevention and treatment of diabetes and its complications. By looking into the "yin-fire" theory, this paper analyzed Li Dongyuan’s therapy ideas on the treatment of diabetes. Through understanding the pathogenesis of diabetes, this paper discussed the close relationship between spleen and stomach and qi, fire and other organs to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
