摘要
目的调查分析北京市透析科护士的职业承诺及工作压力现状,并分析两者的相关性。方法采用便利抽样法抽取北京市8家三甲医院透析科护士240名进行调查,包括一般情况、职业承诺问卷、工作压力源量表,分析职业承诺与工作压力的关系。结果有效样本232名(96.67%),职业承诺最高为规范承诺〔(3.12±0.55)分〕,工作压力主要源自工作量与时间分配〔(3.42±0.51)分〕。不同年龄、工作年限、月收入、职称及夜班情况护士之间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。职业承诺与工作压力呈负相关(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、工作年限、职称、夜班情况、月收入及工作压力是影响护士职业承诺的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论透析科护士的职业承诺处于中等水平,工作压力对职业承诺具有负影响,减轻工作压力有利于提高护士的职业承诺。
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of occupational commitment and work stress of nurses in dialysis department in Beijing and their correlation.Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted to select 240 nurses in dialysis department of 8 third-level first-class hospitals in Beijing for investigation,including general situation,occupational commitment questionnaire and work stress source scale,to analyze the relationship between occupational commitment and work stress.Results 232 subjects(96.67%)were included in the valid sample.The highest occupational commitment was normative commitment(3.12±0.55),and the work pressure was mainly caused by workload and time allocation(3.42±0.51).The differences among nurses of different ages,working years, monthly income,professional title and night shift were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between occupational commitment and work stress(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,working years,professional title,night shift situation,monthly income and work pressure were the main factors affecting nurses’ occupational commitment(P<0.05).Conclusions The occupational commitment of nurses in dialysis department is at a medium level,and the work pressure has a negative impact on the occupational commitment.
