摘要
目的调查分析某医院护理人员职业性肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)与睡眠质量的相关性。方法采用随机分层抽样法选择318名该院护理人员作为调查对象,采用北欧国家肌肉骨骼疾患标准调查表调查WMSDs情况,匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评价睡眠质量。结果 PSQI中护理人员的入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、安眠药物使用、日间功能评分和总评分均明显高于全国常模(P<0.05);护理人员的睡眠障碍发生率为59.54%,WMSDs周患病率为54.28%,年患病率为69.74%。睡眠障碍护理人员的WMSDs患病率明显高于非睡眠障碍者(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析显示,工龄、职称、倒班、睡眠障碍、睡眠时间、睡眠质量是WMSDs的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论护理人员具有睡眠障碍,较高的WMSDs患病率,睡眠质量越差,罹患WMSDs的风险越高。
Objective To investigate the correlation between occupational musculoskeletal disorders(WMSDs)and sleep quality in nursing staff.Methods A random stratified sampling method was used to select 318 nursing staff in a hospital as the subjects of the survey.The WMSDs was investigated using the Nordic national standard questionnaire for musculoskeletal disorders,and the sleep quality scale(PSQI)in Pittsburgh was used to evaluate the sleep quality.Results The sleep latency,sleep duration,sleep efficiency,sleep quality,sleep disorder,sleeping drug use,daytime function score and total score of nursing staff in PSQI were significantly higher than the national norm(P<0.05).The prevalence of sleep disorders was 59.54%,the weekly prevalence of WMSDs was 54.28%,and the annual prevalence was 69.74%.The prevalence of WMSDs in nursing staff with sleep disorders was significantly higher than that of non-sleep disorders(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that length of the service,professional title,shift work,sleep disorder,sleep duration and sleep quality were risk factors of WMSDs(P<0.05).Conclusions Caregivers with sleep disorders have a higher prevalence of WMSDs,and the poorer the quality of sleep,the higher the risk of WMSDs.
