摘要
目的分析该院静脉用药调配中心药品报损情况,为降低药品报损率提供建议和参考。方法调取该院2017年度静脉用药调配中心报损药品数据,对报损药品种类、金额、数量及原因等方面进行统计分析。结果2017年药品报损金额为2.87万元,月平均报损金额为2391元,药品报损率为0.29‰。各个操作环节均有报损,其中人为操作不当是导致药品破损的主要原因。结论通过原因分析及做出对策,加强人员操作管理,降低药品报损率。
【Objective】 To analyze the situation of reported drug loss in the pharmacy intravenous adminxture services (PIVAS) of our hospital,in order to provide suggestions and references for reducing the rate of reported drug loss.【Methods】 The damaged drug data of PIVAS of our hospital in 2017 was acquired, statistical analysis was made on the types, amounts and reasons of reported drug losses.【Results】 The amount of drug loss reported in 2017 was 28 700 yuan,the average monthly reported loss amount was 2 391 yuan, and the drug damage reporting rate was 0.29‰. The drug damage reporting occured in each operation steps, and man-made misoperation was the main reason for drug damage.【Conclusion】 Through cause analysis and countermeasures,personnel operation and management should be strengthened to reduce the rate of drug loss reporting.
