摘要
互联网技术的快速发展,使高校党建工作面临新的机遇与挑战。高校网络党建工作存在资源整合效果不佳、高校信息化发展和基础党建工作亟待紧密融合、网络媒体建设队伍力量薄弱等问题。高校应通过树立网络媒体的创新理念、优化工作模式、加强互联网思维与党建工作的融合、建立健全长效党建工作机制,有效推进网络党建工作的科学化发展。
The rapid development of Internet technology has brought new opportunities and challenges to Party-building work in colleges and universities. For instance, there are some problems in network Party-building work, including ineffective integration of resources, urgent need for close integration of information development and basic Party-building work and weakness of network media construction team, etc. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to strengthen the integration of Internet thinking and Party-building work, establish and ameliorate a long-term mechanism for Party-building work by setting up innovative ideas of network media and optimizing work modes, so as to effectively promote the scientific development of network Party-building work.
