摘要
目的分析腹腔镜治疗疑难复杂阑尾炎的安全性和可行性。方法随机选取2016年8月~2018年8月我院普外科疑难复杂阑尾炎患者60例,随机分为腹腔镜手术组(30例)与传统开放手术组(30例)两组,观察两组患者的手术相关指标、VAS评分、术后并发症发生情况。结果腹腔镜手术组患者的住院费用为(15425.3±2000.6)元,显著高于传统开放手术组的(7235.6±1200.5)元(P<0.05),腹腔镜手术组肠蠕动恢复时间、进食时间、住院时间均显著短于传统开放手术组(P<0.05),手术后VAS评分显著低于传统开放手术组(P<0.05)。腹腔镜手术组患者的术后并发症发生率为16.7%(5/30),显著低于传统开放手术组的53.3%(16/30)(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗疑难复杂阑尾炎较传统开放手术具有较高的安全性和可行性,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic treatment of complicated and complex appendicitis. Methods Sixty patients with complicated and complex appendicitis in general surgery department from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two group, including laparoscopic surgery group (30 cases) and traditional open surgery group (30 cases). The surgical related indicators, VAS scores, postoperative complications between two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The hospitalization cost of patients in the laparoscopic surgery group(15425.3±2000.6) yuan was significantly higher than that in the conventional open surgery group (7235.6±1200.5) yuan,(P<0.05). The recovery time of bowel movement, eating time, and hospitalization time in the laparoscopic surgery group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional open surgery group(P<0.05). The postoperative VAS score was significantly lower than that of the traditional open surgery group(P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the laparoscopic surgery group was 16.7%(5/30), significantly lower than that in the conventional open surgery group (53.3%,16/30)(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for complicated complicated appendicitis has higher safety and feasibility than traditional open surgery, and it is worthy of promotion.
