摘要 1项目负责人:山东大学附属省立医院于永慧主任医师,南京市妇幼保健院余章斌副主任医师作为项目的监理。2多中心协作组:山东省9个地(市)16家三级甲等医院的NICU参加基于证据的质量改进(EPIQ)项目。各参研单位NICU的科室主任负责研究设计、诊断标准和质量控制方案的讨论制定,医疗组长负责执行试验方案、收集病例资料、记录体温及核查各项措施的实施情况,护士长负责各个时间点的体温测量以及体温测量过程中的质量控制。
