摘要
【目的】确定钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis)最大程度去除酒精废水中氮、磷的最佳温度、照度和接种量。【方法】通过单因子实验与正交实验研究不同温度、照度和接种量对钝顶螺旋藻去除酒精废水中氮、磷的效果。【结果】单因子实验结果显示,不同温度、照度和接种量对钝顶螺旋藻去除酒精废水中的氮、磷有显著影响(P <0.05)。温度为30℃时,钝顶螺旋藻对酒精废水中总氮和总磷的去除率平均值最高,分别为38.0%和59.0%;照度为3000lx时,钝顶螺旋藻对酒精废水中总氮和总磷的去除率平均值最高,分别为40.9%和60.4%;接种量为(培养基的)50%时,钝顶螺旋藻对酒精废水中总氮的去除率平均值最高,为43.6%;接种量为30%时,钝顶螺旋藻对酒精废水中总磷的去除率平均值达到最高,为62.7%。正交实验结果显示,温度是影响钝顶螺旋藻去除酒精废水中氮、磷的最主要因素。温度30℃、照度2 500~3 000 lx、接种量20%为钝顶螺旋藻去除酒精废水氮和磷的最优组合条件。【结论】适宜的温度、照度和接种量可有效提高酒精废水中氮、磷的去除率。
【Objective】To determine the optimal temperature, light intensity and inoculation volume for eliminating nitrogen and phosphorus from alcohol wastewater by Spirulina platensis.【Methods】The effects of different temperatures, light intensity and inoculation volume on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from alcohol wastewater by Spirulina platensis were studied using one-factor experiment and orthogonal experiments. 【Results】The One-factor experiment showed that different temperatures,light intensity and inoculation volume had significant effects on the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from alcohol wastewater by Spirulina platensis(P < 0.05). When the temperature was at 30 °C, the average removal rate of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in alcohol wastewater was the highest,which were 38.0% and 59.0%, respectively. When the light intensity was 3 000 lx, the average removal rate of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in alcohol wastewater was maximized and the removal rate was 40.9% and 60.4%, respectively. The removal rate of total nitrogen in alcohol wastewater reached the maximum when inoculation volume was 50%, and the average removal rate was 43.6%. It had the highest average removal rate of total phosphorus when the inoculation volume was 30%, which was62.7%. The results of orthogonal experiments show that temperature is the most important factor affecting the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from alcohol wastewater by Spirulina platensis. The optimal combination condition for removing nitrogen and phosphorus from alcohol wastewater was when temperature was at 30℃, light intensity was 2 500 – 3 000 lx and inoculation volume was 20%.【Conclusion】Appropriate temperature, light intensity and inoculation volume can effectively improve the removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus from alcohol wastewater.
