摘要
随着护理教育水平的提升,非高校附属公立医院的"双师型"护理人才建设面临许多政策性的限制与挑战。通过对天津市内7家卫生系统直属医院的"双师型"护理人才建设情况进行分析,总结现状及问题。提出一种医院和学校共建的发展中心模式,可以有效的促进非高校附属公立医院"双师型"护理人才发展。同时结合政府职能部门的政策优化建议,最终实现护理教育的最优效果。既满足理论教学水平的提升,也最大程度与临床现状相结合,通过医教研的相互结合与促进,提升天津地区护理人才队伍的整体水平。
With the improvement of nursing education, the construction of "double-qualified" nursing talents in non-university affiliated public hospitals is facing many policy restrictions and challenges. Through the analysis of the construction of "double-qualified" nursing talents in seven hospitals directly under the health system in Tianjin, the current situation and problems were summarized. This paper puts forward a development center model of hospital and school co-construction, which can effectively promote the development of "double-qualified" nursing talents in non-university affiliated public hospitals. At the same time, combined with the policy optimization of government departments, the best effect of nursing education will be achieved finally. It not only satisfies the improvement of theoretical teaching level, but also combines with the clinical situation to the greatest extent. Through the combination and promotion of medical teaching and research, the overall level of nursing talents in Tianjin area is promoted.
