摘要
目的探讨和研究综合护理干预预防腔内心电图PICC尖端定位并发症应用价值。方法选取2017年10月~2018年9月在本院接受治疗的100例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象。使用随机分组的方式按照(1~100)进行编号,从中随机抽取50例作为常规组,剩余的作为干预组,每组各50例。两组均采用腔内心电图PICC尖端定位方法,其中常规组应用常规护理,干预组应用常规护理联合综合护理干预。比较两组的PICC置管到位率及并发症情况。结果经过干预后,干预组的PICC置管到位率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的并发症总发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中使用心电图定位法辅助PICC置管的成年肿瘤患者使用综合护理干预能有效的提高PICC尖端最佳位置的到位率,同时减少患者的置管并发症发生率。
Objective To explore and study the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in preventing the complications of tip localization of PICC by electrocardiogram. Methods 100 cases patients with malignant tumor who received treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were selected as the research subjects. According to random grouping method,the subjects were numbered according to (1-100),50 cases were randomly selected as the routine group,the rest as the intervention group,each group had 50 patients. Two groups of patients were used intracavitary electrocardiogram PICC tip positioning method,including routine group application of routine nursing,and the routine group was used routine nursing combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The incidence of PICC catheterization and complications were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,the PICC catheterization rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group (P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion In clinical practice,the use of electrocardiogram positioning assisted PICC catheterization in adult cancer patients using comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the PICC tip best position in place rate, while reducing the incidence of complications in patients with catheterization.
