摘要
慢性肾脏病是威胁公众健康的疑难疾病,具有患病率高、致残性高、医疗费用高等特点,若未在早中期得到及时治疗,最终将进展为终末期肾病。众多研究证明中医药辨证组方对肾脏具有确实的保护作用、且安全性良好。本文整理总结了近10年有关中医药治疗早中期慢性肾脏病的文献,以期为进一步研究治疗慢性肾脏病的新思路提供参考。
Chronic kidney disease is a difficult disease that threatens public health.It has the characteristics of high prevalence,high disability,and high medical expenses.If it is not treated in the early and middle stages,it will eventually progress to end-stage renal disease.Numerous studies have proved that the traditional Chinese medicine has a positive protective effect on the kidney and with good safety.This paper organized and summarized the literature on the treatment of chronic kidney disease in the early and middle stages of traditional Chinese medicine in the past 10 years,in order to provide references for further research on new ideas for the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
