利用碎卵石配制混凝土的试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着碎石资源的长期开采以及环境保护力度的加大,质量优良的碎石资源日益减少,将碎卵石部分或全部取代碎石做为粗集料配制混凝土,研究碎卵石对混凝土抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗水渗透性能的影响。结果表明,由于组成卵石的岩石种类具有多样性,碎卵石混凝土的力学试验数值离散略大于碎石混凝土。碎卵石配制的混凝土整体抗压强度高于碎石混凝土,劈裂抗拉强度低于碎石混凝土,抗渗性能差别不大。破碎面比例在一定范围内对抗压强度的影响不明显,但对劈裂抗拉强度的影响较大。 With the long-term exploitation of gravel resources and the increase of environmental protection efforts,the amount of quality gravel resources is decreasing day by day.The broken pebbles was in part or full used to replace rubble as coarse aggregate for preparing concrete,then the influence of crushed pebble on compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and water permeability was studied.The results showed that due to the diversity of the rock types that make up the pebble,the numerical discrete of the mechanical test of the pebble concrete is slightly larger than that of the rubble concrete.The overall compressive strength of broken pebbles concrete was higher than the broken rubble concrete,and the splitting tensile strength was lower than the broken rubble concrete,the impermeability was rarely different.The ratio of crushing surface had a little effect on the compressive strength in a certain extent,but it had a great influence on the splitting tensile strength.
