摘要 针对某智能马桶座盖要求外观质量好、尺寸精度高的特点,分析了其结构及工艺,在动、定模侧都需抽芯机构,并采用一模一腔结构。利用CAE软件分析了产品的气穴与翘曲变形的位置,采用热流道+冷流道相结合的浇注系统,使用优化后的大扇形浇口;在定模侧采用液压拔块抽芯机构;根据产品翘曲变形的位置,在动模侧运用直斜顶组合机构,以减少顶出时的产品变形。模具冷却系统设计合理,冷却效果良好,未与其它机构发生干涉,产品能够顺利脱模。实际生产证明,模具安全可靠,工作稳定,可实现自动化生产,为类似产品的模具设计提供了有益参考。 Aiming at the characteristics of a smart toilet seat cover with good appearance quality and high dimensional accuracy requirement,its structure and process were analyzed. The core pulling mechanism was needed on both sides of the moving and fixed mold,and the mold structure of one mold and one cavity was adopted. By using CAE software to analysis the position of air pockets and warping deformation of products,the gating system with hot runner and cold runner and the optimized large fanshaped gate were used. The hydraulic drawing block core-pulling mechanism was adopted in fixed mold. According to the location of warping deformation of product,the straight inclined top combination mechanism was used at the moving mold side to reduce the deformation of product during ejection. The cooling system design of mold is reasonable,the cooling effect is good,it does no interference with other mechanisms,and the product can be demoulded smoothly. The actual production proves that that the mold safety reliable,stable work,it can realize automatic production and provide a useful reference for the mold design of similar products.
