摘要
研究了SOK型非圆齿轮液压马达的传动原理,分析了该型液压马达的输出排量和输出力矩的性能特征,根据最大和最小容腔的位置推导出排量的计算公式,又由齿轮间的液压力推导出输出力矩和输出功率的计算公式.最后以6阶非圆内齿圈、4阶非圆太阳轮、若干个圆柱齿轮组合成的变中心矩行星轮系为例,绘制了液压马达的瞬时排量和单腔驱动力矩随动坐标系的转角变化的运动规律,为非圆齿轮液压马达的应用提供了理论依据.
In this paper, the transmission principle of SOK type non-circular gear hydraulic motor is studied, the performance characteristics of output displacement and output torque of this type of hydraulic motor are analyzed, the calculation formula of displacement is deduced according to the position of maximum and minimum volume chamber, and the calculation formula of output torque and output power is deduced from the hydraulic force between gears. Finally, taking the variable center moment planetary gear train composed of 6-order non-circular inner ring gear, 4-order non-circular sun gear and several cylindrical gears as an example, and the movement law of instantaneous displacement and single-cavity driving moment of hydraulic motor with the change of rotation angle in the moving coordinate system is drawn, which provides a theoretical basis for the application of the non-circular gear hydraulic motor.
