摘要
以蜡样芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus)PubMLST数据库为数据来源,通过Phyloviz、Mega和IQ-tree软件研究蜡样芽胞杆菌群的遗传学。结果表明,筛选后得到1 329株完整的蜡样芽胞杆菌群的菌株信息,其中蜡样芽胞杆菌(B. cereus)及变种864株、苏云金芽胞杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)及变种345株、炭疽芽胞杆菌(Bacillus anthracis)61株、韦氏芽胞杆菌(Bacillus weihenstephanensis)、蕈状芽胞杆菌(Bacillus mycoides)、假蕈状芽胞杆菌(Bacillus pseudomycoides)分别为33、21和5株。群内占比很高的蜡样芽胞杆菌和苏云金芽胞杆菌具有丰富而复杂的遗传多样性,相互交织地散布于群内几乎所有的进化分支上,两者无法区分;炭疽芽胞杆菌在进化树上位于相对独立而保守的一个分支;韦氏芽胞杆菌与蕈状芽胞杆菌虽然在菌落形态上差异很大,但两者在系统进化树上位于同一个分支,同源性极高。
Using the Bacillus cereus PubMLST database as data source, the genetics of B. cereus group were studied by Phyloviz, Mega and IQ-tree softwares. The results showed that the complete information of the 1 329 strains of B. cereus group was obtained, including 864 B. cereus and its varieties, 345 Bacillus thuringiensis and its varieties, 61 Bacillus anthracis, 33 Bacillus weihenstephanensis, 21 Bacillus mycoides and 5 Bacillus pseudomycoides. The high percentage of B. cereus and B. thuringiensis had rich and complex genetic diversity, which was intertwined and separated in almost all the evolutionary branches of the group, and could not be distinguished from each other. B. anthracis was located in a relatively independent and conservative branch of the phylogenetic tree. Although the colony morphology of B. weihenstephanensis and B. mycoides were different, both of them were located in the same branches of phylogenetic tree, and the homology was extremely high.
