全自动快速微生物质谱检测系统鉴定流感嗜血杆菌及其可靠性分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析全自动快速微生物质谱检测系统(VITEK MS系统)在鉴定流感嗜血杆菌(HI)中的应用及其可靠性。方法选取2016年1月至2017年1月该院生化实验室收集的咽拭子或痰液标本1265份,利用细菌16SrDNA序列测序方法对细菌进行种属鉴定,得出HI菌株36株。然后分别使用3种不同方法[VITEK MS系统、常规生化鉴定系统(APINH系统)、M-H琼脂药敏试验]对所得到的36株HI菌株进行鉴定。观察3种不同方法对36株HI菌株的鉴定结果及临床使用特点。结果VITEKMS系统对HI菌株的鉴别能力略高于APINH系统,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VITEK MS系统对HI菌株的鉴别能力显著高于M-H琼脂药敏试验(P<0.05)。相比传统的APINH系统及M-H琼脂药敏试验,VITEK MS系统的优势为自动判读结果、检测时间短、操作简便及成本低。结论VITEK MS系统能够准确、快速地对HI进行鉴定,且操作简便,在临床上对HI的鉴定具有一定的参考及指导价值。 Objective To analyze the application and reliability of automatic rapid microbiological mass spectral detection system in the identification of Haemophilus influenzae(HI).Methods A total of 1 265 samples of pharynx swabs or sputum samples in the biochemical laboratory of this hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected for conducting the bacterial species identification.Thirty-six strains of HI were obtained and identified by using the three different methods[VITEK MS system,conventional biochemical identification system(API NH)and M-H agar drug sensitivity test].Then the identification results of these 36 strains of HI and clinical use characteristics were observed.Results The ability of the VITEK MS system for identifying the HI strain was slightly higher than that of the API NH system,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the identification ability of the VITEK MS system for the HI strain was significantly higher than that of M-H agar drug sensitivity test(P<0.05);compared with traditional API NH system and M-H agar drug sensitivity test,the VITEK MS system had the advantages of results automatic interpretation,short detection time,simple operation and low cost.Conclusion The VITEK MS system can accurately and rapidly identify HI,and is simple to operate,which has a certain reference and guiding value for the identification of HI in clinical practice.
