本文概述了我国食品安全国家标准管理制度,重点介绍了农药残留限量和检测方法国家标准制修订最新进展,分析了我国农药残留标准存在的主要问题,展望了标准制修订工作的努力方向。
The administration system of National Food Safety Standard is outlined focusing on the latestdevelopment of the Maximum residue limits for pesticides in food and thedetermination method.Additionally,the main issues of the National Food Safety Standard are analyzed and its strivingdirection is envisaged.
