摘要
目的分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期接受快速康复外科理念指导的护理方案的效果。方法方便选择于2016年9月—2018年10月期间在该院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者86例为研究对象,以抓阄的方式将患者平均划分成观察组(43例)以及对照组(43例)。对照组患者围术期被施以常规护理,观察组患者围术期被施以快速康复外科理念指导的护理方案,比对两组患者的临床护理效果以及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的排气时间为(22.25±8.44)h,禁食时间为(1.36±0.23)d,下床时间为(1.35±0.21)d,住院时间为(5.32±0.16)d;对照组患者的排气时间为(36.45±16.42)h,禁食时间为(2.54±0.72)d,下床时间为(2.74±0.68)d,住院时间为(7.26±0.78)d;两组患者的相应数据对比,组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.044,10.237,12.807,15.976,P<0.05);观察组患者的临床护理满意度为95.35%,对照组患者的临床护理满意度为74.42%,数据差异统计学意义(χ^2=7.340,P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者围术期被施以快速康复外科理念指导的护理干预方案,可以在极大程度上促进患者的恢复,同时有利于和谐发展护患关系,具有临床推广使用价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing program guided by the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from September 2016 to October 2018 were convenient enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) by grasping sputum. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing during the perioperative period. The patients in the observation group were given a nursing program guided by the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery, and the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The exhaust time of the observation group was (22.25±8.44)h, the fasting time was (1.36±0.23)d, the bedtime was (1.35±0.21)d, and the hospital stay was (5.32±0.16)d. The patient's exhaust time was (36.45±16.42)h, the fasting time was (2.54±0.72)d, the bedtime was (2.74±0.68)d, and the hospital stay was (7.26±0.78)d. With the data comparison, the difference between the groups and the statistical significance of the establishment requirements (t=5.044, 10.237, 12.807, 15.976, P<0.05);observation group patients with clinical care satisfaction was 95.35%, the clinical care satisfaction of the control group was 74.42%, the statistical difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.340, P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention program guided by the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can promote the recovery of patients to a great extent, and it is conducive to the harmonious development of nurse-patient relationship, and has clinical promotion value.
