锆合金板材校平退火工艺研究

摘要 本文研究了校平退火用工装材料及退火制度对δ1.5mm锆合金板材平面度、力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用锆合金作为退火工装,校平退火处理的锆合金板材平面度优于采用不锈钢作工装处理的锆合金板材;采用580℃/2.5h的热处理制度,可得到平面度最佳及力学性能优异的锆合金板材;退火工装自身平面度小于0.05mm时,δ1.5mm的锆合金板材平面度最好,且校平效果稳定。 The effects of tool materials and annealing schemes for leveling annealing on the flatness and mechanical properties of zirconium alloy sheet with a thickness of 1.5mm were studied in this paper. The results show that the flatness of zirconium alloy sheet treated by annealing is better than that of zirconium alloy sheet treated by stainless steel;the best flatness and excellent mechanical properties of zirconium alloy sheet can be obtained by heat treatment at 580℃/2.5h;when the flatness of annealing tooling is less than 0.05 mm,the flatness of zirconium alloy sheet treated by delta 1.5 mm is the best, and the flatness of zirconium alloy sheet treated by annealing tooling is the best The leveling effect is stable.
