面向交通管理的城市道路渍水应急系统设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 持续降雨与排涝不足会造成城市道路渍水,引起交通拥堵甚至瘫痪,加大城市管理难度。本文以交通管理为突破口,提出了城市内涝监测预警的创新模式,采用三层体系架构与模块化功能设计,建设了基于互联网的城市道路渍水应急系统。该系统融合路网、交通、气象等信息,根据实时降雨量、实时水位和实时交通流量自动提取渍水拥堵路段进行不同程度的预警,具有渍水信息可视化、渍水实况上报、渍水舆情监测、渍水路段预警和渍水警力调度五大模块功能,为警力调度和行车诱导提供了参考。 Continuous rainfall and inadequate drainage will cause different levels of urban road waterlogging, causing traffic congestion or even paralysis, affecting people′s normal life, increasing the difficulty of urban management.In this paper, traffic management as a breakthrough point, put forward an innovative model of urban waterlogging monitoring and warning, the use of three-tier architecture and modular functional design, construction of Internet-based urban road waterlogging emergency system.The system integrates information of road network, traffic and weather, and automatically extracts waterlogging congested sections according to real-time rainfall, real-time water level and real-time traffic flow to carry out different warnings. It has the functions of visualization of waterlogging information, real-time waterlogging reporting and public monitoring of waterlogging, Waterlogging section warning and waterlogging police dispatch five modules function,providing guidance for police management and driving guidance.
