摘要
D-甘露糖是一种具有还原性的单糖,在自然界中分布广泛,且具有多种生理功能,是动植物体内一种重要的糖类。目前,D-甘露糖的科研以及应用主要集中在食品工业、医学、养殖业、合成领域以及日化产业等。文章综述了D-甘露糖的性质、应用及并展望了D-甘露糖的市场前景,以期为D-甘露糖的进一步开发应用提供参考。
D-mannose is a reducing monosaccharide, which is widely distributed in nature and has many physiological functions. It is an important saccharide in animals and plants. At present, the research and application of D-mannose mainly focus on food industry, medicine, aquaculture, synthesis and daily chemical industry. In this paper, the properties, applications and market prospects of D-mannose are summarized, which provides reference for further development and application of D-mannose.
