摘要
目的探讨研究PMS2,c-met,MSH6与结肠癌TNM分期,肿瘤大小,分化类型,脉管癌栓,淋巴结转移,2年生存率及复发率,性别,年龄之间的关系。方法结肠癌标本100例分别应用免疫组化方法检测PMS2、c-met、MSH6的表达,行统计学分析计算P值。结果 PMS2、MSH6在结肠癌标本中的表达与TNM分期(P<0.05),肿瘤大小(P<0.05),分化类型(P<0.05),脉管癌栓(P<0.05),淋巴结转移(P>0.05),2年生存率及复发率(P<0.05),性别(P>0.05),年龄(P<0.05)密切相关;c-met在结肠癌标本中的表达与TNM分期(P<0.05),肿瘤大小(P<0.05),分化类型(P<0.05),脉管癌栓(P<0.05),淋巴结转移(P<0.05),2年生存率及复发率(P<0.05),性别(P>0.05),年龄(P<0.05)密切相关;MSH6的表达与PMS2的表达呈正相关;MSH6的表达与c-met的表达呈负相关性,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结肠癌的病理特征及预后与PMS2,c-met,MSH6的表达密切相关,联合检测PMS2,c-met,MSH6的表达有助于对结肠癌患者进行临床分析及预后评价。
Objective To explore the relationship between PMS2, c-met, MSH6 and colon cancer TNM staging, tumor size,differentiating types, vascular tumor emboli, lymph node metastasis, 2-year survival rate, recurrence rate, sex, age.Methods The expression levels of PMS2, c-met and MSH6 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 100 colon cancer specimens. And the P value was analyzed statistically.Results The expression levels of PMS2, c-met and MSH6 in colon cancer specimens were correlated significantly with TNM staging,tumor size, differentiation type,vascular tumor emboli,lymph node metastasis,2-year survival rate and recurrence rate,gender and age of patients(P<0.05). Whereas the expression levels of MSH6 were positively correlated with those of PMS2,however,which were negatively correlated with the expression levels of c-met(P<0.05).Conclusion The pathological features and prognosis of colon cancer are closely related to the expressions of PMS2,c-met and MSH6,and the combination detection of PMS2,c-met and MSH6 is helpful for the clinical analysis and prognostic evaluation.
